1. No charges, nothing to refund

There are no paid subscriptions, tiers, or feature gates. Because nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund.

2. If a paid option is introduced

We may in future introduce a voluntary supporter membership or another paid option. No charge will be made without clear prior notice and your explicit agreement, and this policy will be updated with the applicable refund terms before any charge is taken.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If the Service has a major fault, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
