Refund Policy
Effective date: 19 June 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Kitalpha Finance, operated by D & W Investment and Consulting Group Pty Ltd (ACN 677 106 268, ABN 71 677 106 268), Brisbane, Australia.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the period ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Pro Monthly: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription charge if you have not made substantial use of Pro features.
- Pro Annual: Refunds for annual plans are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not made substantial use of Pro features.
- No partial-period refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If the Service has a major fault, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via dwkitalpha.com with your account email and the reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Charges for periods already consumed beyond the eligibility window.
- Accounts suspended due to breach of the Terms of Service.
6. Currency
Refunds are issued in the original currency charged (AUD or USD as applicable).
