Corrections Policy
Effective date: 23 June 2026
Accuracy is central to our Editorial Standards & Code of Ethics. This policy explains how Kitalpha Finance — a product of D & W Investment and Consulting Group Pty Ltd (ACN 677 106 268, ABN 71 677 106 268), Brisbane, Australia — handles and discloses corrections to published content.
1. Our commitment
We aim to be accurate and fair. When we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and transparently rather than quietly removing or rewriting it. The goal is that the public record reflects what was changed and why.
2. How to report an error
Please email research@dwkitalpha.com and include:
- the article title or URL;
- the specific statement you believe is incorrect; and
- any supporting source, if you have one.
You are also welcome to flag errors of context, missing disclosures, or out-of-date figures, not only outright factual mistakes.
3. How we classify changes
- Typographical / minor edits: spelling, grammar, broken links or formatting. These may be fixed without a separate note.
- Corrections: a material factual error (for example, a wrong figure, name, date, or mischaracterised source). We fix the text and add a dated correction note to the article.
- Clarifications: the original was not wrong but could be misread. We sharpen the wording and, where helpful, note the clarification.
- Updates: the facts changed after publication (for example, a later data release). We update the content and reflect this in the article’s “last updated” date.
4. How corrections appear
For material corrections, the affected article will carry a clearly labelled, dated note describing what was changed. We do not silently alter the substance of a published article. Articles display a publication date and, where applicable, a “last updated” date so readers can see when content was revised.
5. How quickly we respond
We aim to acknowledge credible error reports within two business days and to correct confirmed material errors promptly after verification. Time-sensitive or potentially harmful errors are prioritised.
6. Serious or legal matters
Where a report raises a serious accuracy, safety, or legal concern, we may temporarily annotate or unpublish the affected content while we investigate, and we will restore a corrected version where appropriate.
7. Scope
This policy covers editorial articles and analysis. It does not change the disclaimers that apply to all our content: our material is general information only and is not financial product advice. Live market data may be delayed or sourced from third parties, as described in our Terms of Service.
